Director, People Business Partner

The Role

As a Director, People Business Partner, you will serve as a strategic thought partner to our executives and leaders. You’ll shape and execute people strategies that enable engagement, strengthen leadership, and enable business impact. You’ll provide counsel on organizational design, performance enablement, talent planning, and leadership development - balancing near-term priorities with long-term organizational health and cultural alignment. You’ll use data-driven insights and judgment to identify trends, influence decisions, and drive outcomes that matter.
