Key Responsibilities
- Own Visit.org's overall product strategy, collaborate with the CTO and COO to ensure the effective and timely launch and execution of products
- Drive product development, create a long-term strategy and vision, and prioritize work to ensure prompt and high-quality delivery of the roadmap
- Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative global-scale enterprise products
- Lead an AI-first product strategy by embedding AI capabilities into the product roadmap and driving adoption of AI tools to optimize internal product development processes
- Create a collaborative and dynamic team culture; proactively plan the structure, scale and develop the product team
- Set processes for your team, working closely with business partners to ensure all are working towards the same goals
- Become an expert with our software, customers, and market to identify, prioritize, and execute on tactical and strategic projects
- Work cross-functionally with other teams such as sales, account management, and marketing to ensure their objectives are met, opinions are considered, and plans are communicated
- Define metrics that inform the success of our products
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to inform product decisions
