Because we value in-person collaboration, travel is an expected part of every role. We come together several times a year for team and company-wide offsites to align on goals and strengthen relationships. Attendance at these events is expected and fully supported.
What You’ll Do
We're entering our next phase of growth and we're looking for a Director of IT who's done this before — scaled an internal technology function through rapid growth and increasing complexity. This role isn't about maintaining what exists. It's about evolving it. You'll own our IT strategy, modernize our systems and tooling, embed security and compliance into how we operate, and lead the way we adopt and govern AI across the company. You'll work closely with Engineering, Security, Finance, People, and Operations — not just as a support function, but as a strategic partner who helps the business move faster and smarter.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience leading IT strategy at a company of 500+ employees
- Proven track record of designing and scaling IT systems and tooling
- Strong understanding of modern SaaS ecosystems and architecture
- Experience implementing AI tools and/or defining AI strategy in a business context
- Ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels
