About the role
Role Purpose
The Director of Field Enablement (Americas) is an individual contributor role responsible for the productivity and readiness of the sales organization. You will architect and scale enablement programs—from onboarding to advanced Value Selling—ensuring that Account Executives, Sales Engineers, and Channel Partners in these regions are equipped to communicate Rubrik's Zero Trust Data Security and AI-driven resilience value propositions effectively.
