Opportunity
Edged Infrastructure has an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about sustainability and eager to be part of an innovative company that’s on a journey to transform the world’s infrastructure. We are seeking a Director of Asset Management to join Edged Infrastructure, serving as the lead for the team managing large-scale critical infrastructure assets. This role is responsible for the daily oversight of Endeavour’s Energy-as-a-Service (EaaS) assets, including managing client SLA’s, equipment oversight, ongoing regulatory reporting, and any other project needs. The Asset Management team will work alongside other Endeavour departments, partners, and clients to ensure large scale infrastructure projects’ success. This role is part of the support team that services the entire our Endeavour ecosystem and contributes to the overall health and success of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Include but are not limited to:
- Team Building and Leadership: Recruit, hire, and develop a team capable of scaling with future mission-critical infrastructure projects; foster a safety-first and results-driven culture.
- Program Development: Establish and refine standardized corporate processes for asset management, monitoring, and reporting, ensuring scalability and operational excellence across the portfolio.
- Organizational Support: Work cross-functionally with our Endeavour groups to support processes around management/monitoring standards, document control, client management, and other needs.
- Asset Management: Provide leadership oversight for the daily execution of key efforts, ensuring all client requirements are met, maximizing system uptime while minimizing any penalties.
- Technical Expertise: Apply deep knowledge of critical infrastructure, SLA’s, emissions reporting, gas procurement, and client-management practices to oversee complex Energy-as-a-Service.
- Customer Relationship Management: Act alongside other Endeavour resources as liaison between clients and other stakeholders.
- Compliance and Safety: Enforce rigorous safety standards and corporate compliance across all operational activities to meet and exceed industry regulations.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in large scale energy infrastructure projects
- Experience in mission-critical environments is required
- Proven track record of leading asset management, interacting with executive leadership, managing project financial needs, and supporting large scale infrastructure projects.
Specific Skills / Abilities
- Technical Breadth: Strong knowledge of Energy Service Agreements, project design, critical infrastructure, and mission-critical project needs.
- Operational Excellence: Ability to drive day-to-day operational needs, leading to consistent, on-time completion of team deliverables.
- Organizational Support: Deep understanding of organizational functions related to equipment servicing and monitoring, legal/contracts, accounting, and others.
- Builder: Desire to build a team and set of processes, operating within a fast-growth organization.
- Leadership: Strong interpersonal skills to manage diverse group of reports and colleagues – ability to lead in a dynamic environment.
