About the role
M9 Solutions is seeking a Director, Integration & Data Migration to work remotely in support of a government contract for a client located in Washington, DC. An active Public Trust clearance is required.
Responsibilities
- Own the integration and data migration program across core implementation and all client transitions.
- Direct integration architecture across the full system landscape - federal payroll providers, benefits systems, time and attendance platforms, retirement systems, and agency-specific applications.
- Own the data migration strategy, including data preparation and governance, target data architecture, quality controls, reference and category services, ingestion approach, and downstream data use considerations.
- Direct multi-agency migration sequencing against complexity tiers and the government-wide July 2027 deadline.
- Own accountability for migration accuracy standards and post-migration audit outcomes.
- Direct application of AI and automation, where authorized, to improve accuracy, efficiency, speed, and cost-effectiveness of migration and interconnection activities.
- Interface with Oracle leadership and government stakeholders on integration and migration risk, dependencies, and decisions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Work Authorization: US Citizenship is required.
- An active Public Trust level clearance is required.
- Bachelor's degree (Degree may be substituted with equivalent years of experience).
- 10+ years of relevant experience, including 5 years of consulting or leadership experience.
- Demonstrated program-level ownership of enterprise integration and data migration efforts at scale.
- Deep experience with cloud HCM or ERP integration architecture and large-volume data migration.
- Experience directing distributed technical teams across concurrent workstreams.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
- Federal HR systems experience; familiarity with federal payroll provider landscape.
- Multi-agency or shared-service migration program experience.
- Experience with FedRAMP Moderate or higher environments.
- Master's degree.
