What You Will Do
We are looking for a strategic, forward-thinking marketing leader to join the team as our Director, Influencer & Social. This role will define how Chomps shows up in culture, building and evolving an influencer and social ecosystem that drives awareness, trial, affinity, and measurable business impact. You will lead influencer and social as core growth engines, embedding a test-and-learn mindset, identifying emerging opportunities, and translating cultural signals into scalable programs. This role requires both deep cultural immersion and strategic perspective. Someone instinctively tapped into what is happening now, while connecting those signals to broader trends, brand strategy, and long-term growth. You will also shape how influencer and social integrate across the broader marketing ecosystem, ensuring these channels operate as connected drivers of brand and business performance.
