What We Need
We are seeking a Director of FP&A to lead financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis, partnering closely with executive leadership to drive informed business decisions. This role requires strong financial modeling expertise, experience with board-level reporting, and the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights. The ideal candidate is a high-integrity, credible leader who can scale FP&A processes and partner effectively across the organization.
