Director, Enterprise Operations
About the role
About the Team
The Enterprise Operations team is the operational backbone of Global IT at DoorDash. We keep employees productive and technology running reliably across DoorDash, Wolt, and Deliveroo, owning everything from service desk delivery and hardware lifecycle management to device supply chain, financial planning, and enterprise process improvement. We're in the middle of a meaningful build: integrating three companies into a unified global IT operating model and raising the standard for how enterprise technology supports a world-class workforce.
About the Role
We’re hiring a Director, Enterprise Operations to lead a multi-functional team and own the performance, cost, and reliability of IT operations globally. You’ll drive the organizational integration already underway, aligning processes, vendors, and tooling across three brands, while maintaining the day-to-day operations that keep employees productive. You will report into the Head of Global IT in our Global IT organization.
You’re excited about this opportunity because you will…
- Lead teams. Manage managers across service desk, ITAM, supply chain, business operations, and integration, and corporate AV spanning three global brands.
- Build the global operating model. Drive post-acquisition IT integration, cross-regional process standardization, and automation to scale IT across DoorDash, Wolt, and Deliveroo.
- Own performance and costs. Set and deliver on SLAs, KPIs, and budget targets, and report performance insights to senior leadership.
- Partner cross-functionally. Work closely with Workplace, Security, Finance, and Engineering to improve the employee technology experience.
We’re excited about you because…
- 10+ years in enterprise IT operations, with 5+ years leading multi-functional teams across service desk, asset management, or supply chain in a global or multi-regional environment.
- Proven at building and scaling IT organizations, with measurable results in SLA performance, cost efficiency, or employee satisfaction.
- Budget and financial planning experience, including headcount modeling, vendor management, and IT cost optimization.
- Track record through organizational change: you’ve led IT operations through acquisitions, integrations, or large-scale transformation programs.
- Clear communicator with senior leaders, able to translate operational complexity into decisions and measurable outcomes.
