Role Details
The Director, Enterprise Accounts, plays a pivotal role in driving the success and market penetration of Lotlinx products within this segment. In this role, you will spearhead our enterprise expansion, targeting the top 150 automotive dealership groups (public and large private) in North America. You will oversee sales operations and strategy, developing and executing sales plans to drive revenue growth and will manage a team of Enterprise Account Executives, nurturing relationships with clients and partners in the automotive sector. This is a player-coach role that demands a hands-on approach, with direct involvement in sales activities and client accounts. You will be deeply engaged in day-to-day activities to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies within Enterprise Accounts that align with the organization's overall objectives. This involves setting goals, targets, and performance metrics for the department.
- Manage and provide leadership to a team of Enterprise Account Executives within the region. This may include hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure the efficient and effective operation of all business activities, including sales, marketing, finance, and customer service.
- Create and manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and make adjustments as needed to achieve financial targets.
- Identify growth opportunities and develop strategies to expand the organization's presence. This may involve market analysis, competitor research, and partnership development.
- Maintain and enhance relationships with key customers, clients, and partners.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the performance, challenges, and opportunities within the segment.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks, including financial, operational, and legal risks.
- Set performance targets and standards, regularly assess progress, and implement necessary improvements.
- Address and resolve conflicts, issues, and disputes that may arise.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in business administration (MBA) or a related field, or equivalent years of professional work experience
- 5+ years of recent experience in the automotive industry
- 3+ years leading and managing high-performing teams
- The ability to develop and execute strategic plans

Pay: $120,000 - $140,000 base salary plus a generous commission/bonus structure.
