The Role
We’re looking for a Director, Daily Fantasy Cohort Growth to lead strategy, execution, and performance optimization across acquisition and media for our Daily Fantasy (DFS) business. You’ll be responsible for designing and implementing data-driven programs that drive growth across the funnel.
This is a high-visibility, cross-functional role that will directly impact our DFS P&L. You’ll partner closely with the CRM, Media, Promotions, Analytics and Product teams to shape and execute initiatives to drive new customer acquisition focusing on ROI.

What You’ll Do
- Lead cohort growth strategy: Own the end-to-end strategy for growing and maximizing value from player cohorts across from Awareness through to day 14
- Drive commercial outcomes: Develop and deliver programs that directly impact awareness, consideration, NGR, LTV, and retention goals for the DFS business.
- Optimize player journeys: Identify friction points and opportunities across the acquisition funnel and early life
- Incentives & personalization: Partner with centralized growth function to work through what the right growth incentives are to drive highest ROI
- Champion data-driven decisions: Use cohort analyses, behavioral data, and predictive models to inform strategy and prioritize initiatives.
- Collaborate across the business: Serve as a critical bridge between Marketing, Product, VIP and Analytics to align on goals, share insights and execute plans.
- Test & iterate: Build a robust experimentation roadmap with analytics team to continually refine programs and tactics, leveraging test-and-learn to drive improvements.
- Forecast & report: Build forecasts for cohort growth and contribution to NGR, and regularly report on performance to executive leadership.
