About the role

Accountabilities:

    • Define the future-state operating model and establish a practical roadmap for becoming an AI-native organization.

    • Build and oversee a digital workforce of virtual workers capable of taking on meaningful responsibilities with appropriate human oversight.
    • Establish AI capabilities across the organization through role-specific training, internal champions, enablement programs, and adoption measurement.
    • Define measurable operating-leverage targets, establish performance baselines, and validate realized benefits with Finance.
    • Own the internal AI tool stack, operating standards, governance principles, and pipeline of potential use cases.
    • Lead AI and automation initiatives from initial opportunity assessment through production implementation and organizational adoption.
    • Partner with functional leaders to redesign processes, establish new ways of working, and drive sustained adoption.
    • Manage change across teams and influence stakeholders who may be skeptical or resistant to new operating models.
    • Measure the business impact of transformation initiatives through metrics such as capacity created, cycle time reduction, quality improvements, and margin gains.
    • Continuously evaluate emerging AI capabilities and determine where they can create meaningful operational or commercial advantages.
    • Requirements:

      • Demonstrated experience personally leading AI or automation implementations into production within a real operating environment; hands-on implementation experience is essential.
      • Deep practical knowledge of applied AI, including large language models, agentic workflows, automation, integrations, and AI-enabled process design.
      • 10+ years of experience in operations, transformation, consulting, technology leadership, or a related field, including responsibility for organization-wide change.
      • Proven ability to map existing processes, identify opportunities for fundamental redesign, build improved workflows, and drive adoption.
      • Demonstrated track record of delivering measurable operational improvements that have been validated through credible business or Finance metrics.
      • Strong change-management capabilities, with the ability to influence stakeholders without relying on direct authority.
      • Executive presence and strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex AI concepts into practical business decisions and outcomes.
      • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, combined with a pragmatic, results-oriented approach.
      • Ability to move quickly, manage multiple transformation priorities, and operate effectively in an ambitious and fast-paced environment.
      • Collaborative leadership style with the ability to build trust, coach teams, and bring diverse stakeholders together around shared objectives.
      • Professional services or consulting experience is a plus.
      • Experience with ERP or CRM implementations, EOS methodologies, or private-equity-backed organizations is beneficial but not required.
      • Benefits:

        • Base salary range of $175,000–$200,000.
        • Eligibility for a bonus in accordance with the applicable compensation plan.
