Summary of Position
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Digital Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of digital marketing and website projects from kickoff through launch. This role serves as the central point of communication between internal teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals. The ideal candidate is experienced in managing cross-functional digital production teams, balancing multiple priorities, and driving accountability across web development, design, SEO, content, and marketing initiatives.
Position Responsibilities
- Manage digital projects across website development and digital marketing campaigns
- Lead project kickoff meetings, status calls, stand-ups, and stakeholder communications
- Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, resource plans, and delivery schedules
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including designers, developers, SEO specialists, content writers, and QA teams
- Ensure projects move efficiently through discovery, design, development, QA, launch, and post-launch optimization phases
- Review final website product and ensure alignment with original scope and client requests
- Maintain accurate project documentation, identify project risks, blockers, and scope changes while proactively developing solutions
- Monitor team workloads and project capacity to support efficient production operations
- Facilitate communication between sales, account management, production, and client teams to ensure smooth project handoffs
- Track project performance metrics, deadlines, and deliverables
- Support process improvement initiatives to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency
- Ensure quality standards are met prior to launch and coordinate post-launch support activities
