Sales shapes the end-to-end digital journey that turns interest into sales. As the digital vehicle showroom of Mercedes-Benz, we create seamless experiences across key products such as Product Information Pages, the Car Configurator, and online vehicle stores. With a strong focus on customer experience, we continuously innovate how customers explore, configure, and purchase Mercedes-Benz vehicles.
In This Role You Will
- Analyze customer behavior across digital platforms and turn data into actionable insights.
- Build and optimize dashboards and reports using Power BI.
- Design, execute, and evaluate A/B tests and personalization initiatives.
- Partner with stakeholders to define KPIs, measure performance, and identify optimization opportunities.
- Explore large datasets using SQL to uncover trends, opportunities, and business insights.
- Ensure data quality and reporting reliability across analytics processes.
- Translate complex findings into clear recommendations that support product and business decisions.
