Accountabilities

• • Build and maintain reliable, scalable, and secure infrastructure solutions supporting large-scale SaaS applications.
  • Define and architect cloud environments with a focus on performance, reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency.
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, deployment, and optimization processes.
  • Improve development cycles, software delivery processes, and the overall developer experience.
  • Establish, adopt, and promote DevOps best practices across development and engineering teams.
  • Train and support development teams on infrastructure, deployment, reliability, and operational best practices.
  • Conduct architectural proof-of-concepts and reviews to validate technical approaches and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Continuously evaluate infrastructure security, service-level objectives, and operational performance.
  • Contribute to technology roadmap planning from initial ideation through deployment, maintenance, and continuous improvement.
  • Develop or introduce new tools, frameworks, and automation solutions that increase team productivity.
  • Work closely with R&D teams to improve production stability, reliability, and troubleshooting processes.
  • Diagnose and resolve infrastructure and production issues in collaboration with engineering teams.
  • Implement and improve monitoring and observability practices across cloud environments.
  • Contribute to application and infrastructure security initiatives and help promote secure engineering practices.
  • Participate in infrastructure optimization efforts to improve efficiency, resilience, and cost effectiveness.

  Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, infrastructure engineering, site reliability, or a closely related role.
  • Experience supporting large-scale SaaS applications, troubleshooting production issues, and collaborating with engineering teams to resolve them.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Linux environments.
  • Strong hands-on experience with AWS cloud infrastructure.
  • Programming or scripting experience with Python.
  • Strong understanding of CI/CD methodologies and tools, with experience using technologies such as Jenkins and GitHub.
  • A strong GitOps mindset and understanding of modern software delivery practices.
  • Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana, CloudWatch, and Prometheus.
  • Good understanding of infrastructure and application security best practices.
  • Ability to evaluate infrastructure architecture, conduct technical proof-of-concepts, and contribute to sound architectural decisions.
  • Strong infrastructure automation and optimization capabilities.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in production environments.
  • Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and commitment to operational excellence.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical teams.
