The Role

We're looking for designers who think strategically and creatively across a variety of project types. Portfolios should demonstrate conceptual thinking, strategic insight, and exceptional craft. Multidisciplinary skills such as illustration, animation, or spatial design are a plus.

What You'll Do

• Take ideas from initial concept through execution alongside creatives, technologists, producers and leadership.
• Develop original design directions and refine work within established brand guidelines and visual centers.
• Combine conceptual thinking with craft and attention to detail
• Adapt to different brand styles and visual directions, spotting opportunities for unexpected interactive, environmental, or animation outputs.
• Find outside inspiration, and bring new thinking and ideas into the studio.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in Figma or Adobe Creative Cloud
• A passion and hunger for learning and up-leveling your craft
• Portfolio showing solid fundamentals, attention to detail, inventive design thinking and high-level execution
