Design Lead - Innovation

Summary

Joining the Incubation Lab, you will be part of a design and technology team re-imagining human-centered design innovation and rapid concept development. This role focuses on defining, envisioning, and shaping differentiated customer experiences that empower individuals to live their best lives. You will collaborate across the organization to define 'big bets' by contributing high-quality visual assets, identities, and interfaces that make complex, abstract ideas simple and tangible.

Primary Duties

• Deliver excellence by upholding a high bar for design craft, strategic thinking, and execution.
• Define the mood, tone, look, and feel for future products and translate them into high-quality prototypes.
• Elevate visual design standards across various outputs, from consumer-facing apps to patient-journey storytelling.
• Provide thought leadership to ensure the organization stays ahead of emerging technologies and trends.
• Present and persuasively communicate design rationale to stakeholders at all levels.
• Craft engaging interfaces balancing aesthetics with usability across platforms like web, mobile, and kiosk.
• Develop strong visual identities and early-stage experiences from scratch to spark excitement and alignment.
• Connect teams to possible futures through artifacts ranging from storyboards to interactive prototypes.
