About the Role

As a Demand Planner at Glow25, you are the central instance that transforms market signals, campaign data, and sales inputs into a reliable, actionable demand forecast. You work at the heart of our S&OP process, connecting Commercial, SCM, and Finance teams, and ensuring everyone plans from the same data foundation.

Key Responsibilities

• Create monthly 12-month rolling forecasts based on market data, promotions, and historical patterns
• Own the Demand Review process and prepare all relevant materials in a structured manner
• Coordinate regularly with the Commercial team to integrate campaign and forecast inputs
• Implement our Demand Planning Tool and actively contribute to building and developing system logic
• Develop scenario analyses to make different planning assumptions transparent and decision-ready
• Track relevant KPIs such as MAPE and Bias, and derive actionable recommendations
• Create KPI reports and Decision Log entries to ensure traceable planning history
• Actively participate in weekly S&OE and monthly S&OP processes

Required Experience

• Completed degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, or comparable field
• At least 5 years of professional experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain, or related planning environments
• Strong knowledge of Demand Planning Tools, ideally with experience in D2C models and digital platforms
• Proficiency with ERP systems, preferably with experience using Reybex or comparable systems
• Strong Excel and BI Tools skills with ability to structure and visualize data
• Experience with S&OP processes
