About the role
About the Role
We are looking for a creative and data-driven Demand Generation Specialist to help fuel growth by designing and executing "campaign attacks" that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline. In this role, you will be the primary engine of execution. You will collaborate across teams to build and optimize integrated, multi-channel programs—spanning email, paid media, webinars, content syndication, and more—to ensure we reach the right audiences and deliver measurable business impact. You will work closely with the Senior Director to workshop target lists and develop the specific methods we use to "attack" each campaign.
What You'll Do
- Lead Campaign "Attacks": Collaborate in designing and executing integrated, multi-channel demand generation campaigns across digital, email, paid, and event channels.
- Workshop Target Lists: Take a data-driven approach to building and refining target account lists, using insights and intent data to ensure every campaign is focused and effective.
- Execute ABM Strategies: Play a key part in developing and refining our Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs, identifying high-value accounts and influencing buying committees to accelerate revenue.
- Drive Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, and Sales Leaders to align campaign strategies with business goals and pipeline objectives.
- AI-Powered Growth: Use AI as a force-multiplier to accelerate research, insights, and content iteration while preserving brand voice and accuracy.
- Storytelling & Brand Alignment: Collaborate with content, product marketing, and creative teams to ensure consistent storytelling and brand alignment across all touchpoints.
- Analyze & Optimize: Continuously test, learn, and optimize programs for scalability, connecting marketing activity directly to pipeline and revenue outcomes.
The Right Fit
- Experience: 2–4 years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or a related field.
- Proven Execution: A track record of executing data-driven, cross-channel campaigns that drive measurable results.
- The Tech Stack: Analytical mindset with experience using Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms to measure success.
- The "Plus" Skills: Experience (or a hunger to learn) Clay, Outreach, ZoomInfo, or utilizing intent data is a major plus.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; you can craft compelling messaging.
