About the role

You will work with a company building an AI-driven platform for DevOps, enabling autonomous operations across cloud infrastructure, site reliability, and observability. The platform focuses on areas such as AI-powered SRE, infrastructure automation, and observability, helping engineering teams eliminate manual bottlenecks and operate more efficiently. The company is scaling rapidly, expanding its market presence, product portfolio, and sales team. This role is central to building the pipeline engine that supports that growth.

This is a full-funnel, multi-channel demand generation role. You will own how the company reaches, engages, and converts technical buyers—from those unfamiliar with the product to those ready for commercial conversations. This is also an AI-first role. You will leverage AI tools as a core part of campaign creation, execution, and optimization, driving output, quality, and speed beyond traditional demand generation approaches.

Position: Demand Generation Manager

Seeking a Demand Generation Manager with strong B2B experience, ideally in DevOps, cloud-native, or technical tooling environments. The ideal candidate combines hands-on execution across multiple channels with strategic thinking and the ability to build and optimize pipeline generation systems end-to-end.

Responsibilities

  • Demand Generation Channels: Own and manage a full mix of non-events demand generation channels. Drive inbound (SEO, AEO) in partnership with technical content. Manage paid acquisition (Google Ads, LinkedIn, and relevant channels), including setup, targeting, budget, and optimization. Execute outbound campaigns in coordination with sales and RevOps. Extend the impact of events through pre-, during-, and post-event campaigns. Run account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns using firmographic, technographic, and intent signals.
  • Campaign Strategy & Execution: Design and execute ABM, broad demand generation, and triggered campaigns. Build persona-specific campaigns targeting engineers and executive stakeholders. Activate campaigns based on behavioral, technographic, and intent signals.
  • Full-Funnel Lifecycle & Nurture: Own campaigns across the full buyer journey (problem-aware to vendor-aware). Create and manage emails, landing pages, ads, and follow-up sequences. Build and optimize nurture programs for inbound, event-generated, and re-engaged leads.
  • Performance Tracking & Optimization: Track campaign performance across the funnel (impressions to pipeline). Run A/B tests and optimize based on data. Manage budget allocation based on ROI and pipeline contribution. Partner with marketing operations on attribution and reporting.
  • AI-Powered Workflows: Use AI tools for campaign creation, personalization, research, and reporting. Build scalable workflows for content generation and signal processing. Continuously experiment and improve AI-driven demand generation processes.

Requirements

  • Domain Knowledge: Strong familiarity with DevOps, platform engineering, SRE, or related ecosystems. Understanding of technical audiences (platform engineers, SREs, DevOps, observability teams). Ability to engage both technical practitioners and executive stakeholders (VP Engineering, CTOs). Experience in cloud-native or developer tooling environments is highly valued.
  • Demand Generation Expertise: 3–5 years of hands-on B2B demand generation experience. Experience building and running demand generation programs end-to-end. Strong knowledge of SEO/AEO, paid acquisition, ABM, outbound, and lifecycle marketing. Experience optimizing for pipeline quality, conversion, and ROI.
  • Marketing Technology: Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, or similar). Hands-on experience with paid platforms (LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads). Familiarity with intent/technographic data tools (e.g., Bombora, G2, 6sense). Ability to analyze performance, attribution, and pipeline metrics.
