The Role:
Yubico is looking for an experienced, highly driven and resourceful Deal Desk Analyst that will be responsible for deal support to our Global Sales team. Our primary focus is assisting Sales in the deal cycle from quote to booking; we are passionate about how Deal Desk can help the sales team be more strategic and efficient. This role will work with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Legal, Finance, Order Management and Product. You must be a detail-oriented self-starter who enjoys working in a fast-paced organization with users from all levels of the company. You must be able to provide sound business insight for building operational excellence as well as have a good understanding of sales cycles, complex hardware and software deal structures, and the complexities of global transactions and hardware fulfillment. Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary Deal Desk liaison for the field sales team, with a dedicated focus on streamlining quoting processes and leading educational initiatives to reinforce channel best practices
- Offer comprehensive support and coverage for Enterprise Quoting as required, ensuring seamless deal execution
