About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and resolve requests related to DWH databases.
- Collaborate with specialists from other teams to address interdependent issues and support requests.
- Participate in the incident management process, including troubleshooting and escalation.
- Respond to tickets from Level 1 Support regarding DBMS performance and analyze complex cases.
- Manage access rights and process requests from development teams (creating jobs, schemas, databases, updating DBMS versions, configuring new servers, etc.).
- Provide consultations and assist in analyzing simple SQL scripts and data issues.
- Ensure the stability, performance, and fault tolerance of production DWH systems.
