About the Role
The Data Success Manager (Data Acquisition) is primarily responsible for sourcing and collecting data utilized by partners through Murmuration's products and services. This role serves as a key resource for partners seeking data-driven capabilities to support their electoral and organizing & advocacy efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, load, and validate data in a variety of formats
- Support the range of data needs partners have
- Become familiar with individual partner data utilization and provide input on how Murmuration's capabilities can drive their activity
- Lead efforts to establish, manage, and improve data collection processes from operational and technical angles
- Work with other Data Success Managers and Partnership Success Managers on prioritization of new data collection opportunities
- Contribute to improvements in data management practices and pipelines
Required Skills
- Expert problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with modern databases
- Proficiency in SQL and Python
- Ability to handle escalated issues involving data discrepancies
