Data Protection Paralegal
About the role
Data Protection Paralegal
Prolific is not just another player in the AI space – we are the architects of the human data infrastructure that's reshaping the landscape of AI development. In a world where foundational AI technologies are increasingly commoditized, it's the quality and diversity of human-generated data that truly differentiates products and models.
The role
This is an exciting opportunity to build your career in privacy law while working on complex, real-world data protection challenges in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. As part of our Legal & Information Security team, you'll play a key role in helping ensure personal data is handled responsibly, ethically, and in line with data protection laws, contractual obligations, and industry best practices.
Working closely with teams across the business, you'll support the delivery and continuous improvement of our data privacy programme, partnering with stakeholders to embed privacy, transparency, and accountability into the way we work. No two days are the same—every request presents a new challenge, giving you the opportunity to develop practical expertise across a wide range of privacy matters.
As you grow in the role, you'll have the opportunity to expand your experience beyond day-to-day privacy operations into wider compliance initiatives, privacy-by-design, and emerging areas such as AI governance. Supported by experienced privacy specialists, you'll be encouraged to take ownership, build strong cross-functional relationships, and make a meaningful impact while developing your career in data privacy.

- Experience partnering with a wide range of stakeholders, with the ability to engage, influence, and advise individuals at all levels of the organisation.
- A genuine interest in building a career in privacy law and data protection.
