Data Analyst

You:

As a Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in advancing Seed's data capabilities. You will partner closely with stakeholders across Product, Science, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations to transform data into actionable insights that drive business growth and scientific discovery. You will work alongside a growing analytics team, contribute to scalable frameworks, and help foster a culture of data-driven decision-making across the organization.

• 2-4 years of experience in data and analytics roles
• Demonstrated ability to deliver high-impact analytics in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Strong technical foundation in modern data stacks (e.g., Snowflake, dbt, Fivetran, Airflow) and analytics best practices.
• Skilled in experimentation, statistical analysis, and translating data into actionable business insights.
• Excellent communicator who can distill complex data concepts for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in e-commerce, healthtech, or consumer health (bonus); passion for advancing science and human health through data.

What You'll Do:

Develop and Scale Analytics Capabilities

• Contribute to the evolution of Seed's analytics roadmap in alignment with company priorities.
• Work cross-functionally with a small but growing team of analysts and analytics engineers.
• Contribute to frameworks, standards, and best practices for reporting, modeling, and experimentation.
