Our Customer Experience (CX) Operations team manages post-sales programs that drive onboarding, adoption, and long-term customer success. - With coaching and guidance, independently own program management and operate a workstream within CX Operations with accuracy, accountability, and timeliness.
As An Active Member Of Our Team, You Will...
- Own Professional Service Operations to support and drive successful customer engagements.
- Execute Post Sales Customer Communication Programs using Gainsight as Cribl's Customer Success platform.
- Support related Customer Experience Programs and Operations at a fast paced technology company.
- Develop and apply AI tools for increased automation and efficiency.
- May be required to occasionally perform duties outside standard working hours due to our remote-first, global workforce.
If You've Got It - We Want It
- A BA or BS degree from an accredited college or university, ideally in technology, data science, or a related field with Computer Science.
- Recent graduate or early in career with 2-3 years of experience in Customer Operations or related fields.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Prior internship or campus experience in tech, operations, customer support, or program coordination preferred.
- Proven time management skills.
- Eager to learn, take feedback, and grow in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid problem-solving instincts and attention to detail.
- Comfortable using tools like Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, etc.
- Preferably located in the San Francisco Bay Area and able to commute to the office once per week.
