Role Overview
We're seeking a strong communicator and educator who excels at simplifying complex ideas to develop impactful training content and programs for our customer base. You will be responsible for setting up new brokers for success through education on SmithRx products and platform, including savings programs, reports, data analysis, invoicing, rebates, and self-service products. This role reports to the Manager of Client Training and Enablement and works within the Customer Success team to support client activation.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and monitor post-sales client learning initiatives
- Spend time in front of clients, partners, and internal teams, which may include travel to on-site meetings
- Determine and evaluate client training needs
- Work with marketing to design and deliver training materials ensuring all brokers and groups understand the SmithRx offering
- Educate on SmithRx products, platform features, and value proposition
