About the role

  • Rapid Response: Quickly and effectively resolve customer support tickets.
  • Creative Problem-Solving: Apply technical expertise to troubleshoot issues.
  • Keeping Things Top-Notch: Contribute to documentation and serve as liaison between customers and the company.
  • Building a Safe Space: Ensure user-generated content complies with guidelines and moderate voice library.
