The Role

We are looking for a Customer Support Advisor to join our growing team. You will be the voice of Booksy, handling customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Resolve customer issues through incoming contacts via phone, email, chat, and social media
• Make outbound calls to customers to provide information or gather details needed to resolve issues
• Handle customer support in a way that resolves the maximum number of issues on first contact
• Provide customers with information about how Booksy Biz and Booksy for Customers work and their features
• Inform customers about subscriptions, invoices, and payments
• Propose solutions tailored to customer needs within Booksy's capabilities

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer support/contact center with incoming customer inquiries
• Experience in the technology industry (preferred)
• Native or C2 level Polish language skills
• B1 level English language skills (preferred)
• Genuine enjoyment of talking with customers
• Excellent written and spoken Polish
• Knowledge and ability to apply communication and persuasion techniques
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Quick learner who adapts well to new situations
• Goal-oriented mindset
• Team player mentality
