About the role
About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager (B2C) to independently manage a fixed customer base of approximately 2,000+ clients. You will be the central point of contact, ensuring that our customers receive optimal support, find solutions, and have a consistently positive experience with our service and products.
Responsibilities
- Management of a fixed customer portfolio (B2C)
- Support with legal matters (no legal advice required)
- Identification and resolution of problems
- Proactive accompaniment and support of our customers
- Consultation on suitable solutions and services
- Close collaboration with our Legal and Back Office teams
Requirements
- Strong communication skills (clear, calm, solution-oriented)
- Self-responsibility and entrepreneurial thinking
- Experience working with customers (support, sales, or customer success)
- Ability to remain composed in difficult situations
- Goal-oriented work with focus on customer satisfaction and long-term customer relationships
