Customer Success Manager
Responsibilities
- Own the post sales customer relationship and execute onboarding sessions with new Azul customers
- Provide welcome packet with contact information, training materials, and resources
- Set expectations for customer journey including migration, health checks, business reviews, and renewals
- Schedule first business review during onboarding session
- Lead communications and check-in meetings throughout customer lifecycle in conjunction with Account Executive, Sales Engineer, and Renewal Sales Specialist
- Conduct welcome meetings to understand desired customer outcomes
- Maintain regular cadence of check-in meetings
- Conduct formal Azul Business Reviews following business review format
- Review migration plans and progress
- Focus on accounts in the Central and Western US
