Customer Success Manager

Responsibilities

  • Own the post sales customer relationship and execute onboarding sessions with new Azul customers
  • Provide welcome packet with contact information, training materials, and resources
  • Set expectations for customer journey including migration, health checks, business reviews, and renewals
  • Schedule first business review during onboarding session
  • Lead communications and check-in meetings throughout customer lifecycle in conjunction with Account Executive, Sales Engineer, and Renewal Sales Specialist
  • Conduct welcome meetings to understand desired customer outcomes
  • Maintain regular cadence of check-in meetings
  • Conduct formal Azul Business Reviews following business review format
  • Review migration plans and progress
  • Focus on accounts in the Central and Western US
