Role Overview
We are looking for experienced Customer Support Representatives to set up and expand our customer support operations in Europe. Customer Support is extremely important to us, and we aim to create a platform where our users receive excellent quality support, fast response times, and accurate information.
Responsibilities
- Provide live chat support to customers
- Handle customer queries and complaints
- Assist with identification approval process for our cryptocurrency exchange platform
- Gather and relay customer feedback
- Solve customer problems with empathy and accuracy

The best CSRs are genuinely delighted to help customers. They are tolerant, empathetic, and intensely communicative. You can put yourself in your clients' shoes and advocate for them when necessary. Problem-solving and excellent communication skills are essential.
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English
- Experience in customer support
