Role Overview
We are seeking a Customer Program Manager to lead customer projects from kickoff through delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with customer goals. Partnering with account teams, Solutions Engineers, Product Management, and Engineering, this role serves as the central coordinator to drive cross-functional collaboration, communication, and exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead customer projects from kickoff through delivery
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with customer goals
- Partner with account teams, Solutions Engineers, Product Management, and Engineering
- Drive cross-functional collaboration and communication
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences
Qualifications
- Comfort managing complex technical implementations involving AI, machine learning, scientific data, and enterprise software
- Strong project and customer relationship management skills
- Ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced startup environment
