The Role

We are seeking a technically-minded and execution-driven CRM Technical Specialist to help scale and support CRM operations across our apps. You will report to the CRM Operations & Martech Enablement Lead and bridge the gap between strategy and technical execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Build campaigns and improve CRM infrastructure
• Develop processes and systems for scalable, high-performing CRM
• Improve CRM stability and support the wider CRM team
• Act as an enabler for CRM operations
