The Role

We are looking for a technically-minded and execution-driven CRM Specialist to help scale and support CRM operations across our apps. Reporting to the CRM Operations & Martech Enablement Lead, you will bridge the gap between strategy and technical execution, acting as an enabler for the wider CRM team.

You will help build and improve the infrastructure, processes, and systems that make scalable, high-performing CRM possible, improving CRM stability and delivery.
