Job Responsibilities
At Trafilea, you won’t just make ads — you’ll shape how millions of customers around the world discover, engage, and buy through performance-driven storytelling. You’ll own the strategy, testing, and iteration of high-volume direct-response ads that move the needle across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Google. You’ll lead the creative engine behind campaigns that fuel $500K+ in daily spend, diagnose creative performance through AdBattery and data-driven insights, and build scalable testing frameworks that consistently deliver winning hooks, angles, and storytelling formats.
As Creative Strategist, you will:
- Lead creative strategy for assigned product funnels, ensuring every asset is optimized for direct-response performance.
- Define angles, hooks, and ad structures, blending emotional storytelling with persuasive copy and visual psychology.
- Continuously analyze creative KPIs (ROAS, CTR, Hook Rate, Thumbstop, View Rate) to identify winners and iterate with speed.
- Conduct weekly AdBattery diagnostics to manage variety, freshness, and fatigue across ads.
- Design and execute A/B testing plans for creatives — copy, visuals, formats — with a clear process from hypothesis to iteration.
- Leverage UGC, trends, and platform-specific formats (Meta, TikTok, YouTube) to push creative boundaries and scale performance.
- Collaborate with Creative Operations, Copywriters, and Video Editors to ensure briefs, production, and post-production run seamlessly.
- Partner with Growth and Data teams to align creative strategy with funnel performance and scaling priorities.
- Provide clear, actionable feedback to creators and content partners, ensuring alignment with brand tone and direct-response objectives.
- Stay ahead of platform trends, competitor benchmarks, and consumer behavior shifts to identify and act on new creative opportunities.
