What We're Looking For
We're looking for a talented and detail-oriented Creative Production Designer to join our Creative Production team. This role sits at the intersection of creative craft and production efficiency — translating campaign briefs into high-performing digital assets while helping build a scalable, repeatable creative pipeline. You'll work closely with marketers, creative leads, and video producers, contributing both executional quality and process thinking to everything you deliver.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate cross-functionally with designers, marketers, and creative producers to translate campaign concepts into polished, on-brand assets.
- Own the end-to-end production of creative deliverables — from brief intake through final delivery — managing timelines and quality across multiple projects simultaneously.
- Contribute to building and maintaining scalable production systems including reusable templates, MOGRTs, and Essential Graphics components.
- Incorporate performance data and iteration feedback into the creative process to continuously improve asset effectiveness.
- Produce motion graphics, animated ads, and video content optimized for Facebook, Google, TikTok, and other digital channels.
- Apply brand guidelines and performance marketing best practices to ensure every asset drives engagement and conversion.
- Stay current with trends in motion design, ad formats, and emerging digital creative tools.
Required Skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and video editing tools, with a portfolio demonstrating motion graphics and video production work.
- Experience working in Figma.
- Understanding of production workflows and performance marketing creative principles.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English, with ability to integrate feedback effectively.
Nice to Have
- Experience with AI-powered creative tools (Midjourney, Runway, Sora, ChatGPT, Suno.ai).
- Familiarity with video automation techniques (expressions, MOGRTs, Essential Graphics).
