About the Role

We are looking for a Creative Marketing Manager to join our Mobile Studio team, which develops mobile applications in AI, Productivity, and Utility niches. You will have the opportunity to go through the full cycle of creating advertising creative — from idea generation to launch in real advertising campaigns. You will work with modern AI and no-code tools, test new approaches, analyze results, and collaborate with the marketing team that scales mobile products on international markets.

Requirements

  • At least 3 months of experience in Digital Marketing, Creative Marketing, SMM, or Paid Ads, or created creatives during internships, freelance, or own pet projects
  • Work with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, or other no-code tools
  • Ability to create static banners and simple video creatives
  • Knowledge of copywriting basics: hooks and CTA
  • Basic understanding of Performance Marketing or desire to develop in this direction
  • Combines creativity with logical thinking
  • Understands that creative is a tool for achieving business results
  • Quick learner, adaptable, loves testing new ideas
  • Wants to grow in Creative Marketing and Performance Marketing

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Figma or Photoshop
  • Understanding of A/B testing principles for creatives
  • Experience with mobile apps or subscription products

Responsibilities

  • Independently create static advertising creatives (images, banners, thumbnails) using no-code tools — Canva, Figma, Photoshop, or similar
  • Independently produce video creatives using no-code tools (Canva Video, CapCut, Adobe Express, or similar) — from raw materials to final advertising format
  • Prepare clear and structured creative briefs and tasks for motion designers and creative team
  • Generate ideas and hypotheses for Facebook and Google campaigns
  • Adapt and localize creatives for different placements, formats, and proportions
  • Support the testing process: prepare variations, iterations, and updates
  • Track basic creative performance metrics (CTR, thumbstop rate) and propose iterations based on results
  • Ensure creatives comply with platform requirements and policies
  • Maintain order in creative assets, naming conventions, and documentation
  • Closely collaborate with UA managers, marketers, designers, and product team
