Brainstack is a Ukrainian multi-product IT company. We are looking for a Creative Marketing Manager/Lead to join the team developing the Data Intelligence direction.

About You
- At least 2 years of experience in Creative Marketing, Performance Marketing, Motion Design, or related fields
- Understanding how ad creatives work for Meta Ads and other digital platforms
- Ability to independently create advertising videos: edit, work with basic animation, text, rhythm, and sound
- Easily find new ideas for advertising, adapt references, and quickly test new hypotheses
- Ability to analyze competitors, ad libraries, and current trends to find effective creative solutions
- Familiarity with key marketing metrics (CTR, Hook Rate, Hold Rate, CPA, etc.), analyze creative results, and use data to improve them
- Proficient in one or more video creation tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar)
- Effectively organize work, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Open to feedback, able to argue decisions, and comfortable working in a team
- English level Intermediate (B1) or higher for working with international services and advertising materials
Nice to Have
- Experience in product IT companies with a subscription model
- Experience integrating AI tools into creative and marketing processes
- Experience creating own AI agents or automations to improve work efficiency
- Experience in mentoring, process development, or team leadership
Your Tasks
- Generate new ideas for ad creatives, find strong marketing angles, form and test hypotheses for different audiences
- Analyze competitors, the advertising market and trends, find successful mechanics, new formats, and insights for creating effective creatives
- Independently create advertising videos — from finding an idea and writing a script to final editing. Work with motion graphics, text animation, and basic sound design
- Analyze the effectiveness of creatives and advertising campaigns, find growth points, and create new iterations based on the results
- Control the quality of advertising materials, comply with brand guidelines, advertising platform requirements, and internal team standards
- Collaborate closely with User Acquisition, Design, and Product Marketing teams to create creatives that help achieve business goals
