Creative AI Content Operations Lead (12-Month Fixed-Term Contract)

Your Role:

To support the growing demand for AI-powered content production at scale, we are looking for an experienced AI Content Operations Lead to lead complex content programs for a global FMCG client. Combining creative expertise, project leadership and AI-enabled production management, you will oversee content workflows from briefing through delivery, ensuring exceptional quality, operational excellence and client satisfaction.

What you can expect

• Act as the primary point of contact for a global FMCG client, managing day-to-day communication, project alignment and stakeholder expectations.
• Review incoming creative briefs, assess project feasibility and define scope, timelines and production requirements.
• Set up and structure project workflows within collaborative planning environments (e.g. FigJam), ensuring all required assets, information and dependencies are in place before production begins.
• Coordinate and oversee end-to-end AI-powered content production across multiple workstreams and markets.
• Lead, mentor and provide creative direction to an India-based design and production team, ensuring high-quality output and continuous improvement.
• Review, consolidate and communicate client feedback, managing approval cycles and ensuring deliverables meet quality standards.
