Position Overview
This is a remote Benefits Sales Executive role focused on ancillary benefits. You will be the overarching relation with assigned broker firms while continuously growing broker headcount by effectively presenting the company's value proposition. You'll develop intimate knowledge of broker firms and their book of business to leverage capabilities and maximize revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and train new agents to BenefitMall by promoting the platform's unique experience through deep, trusted relationships powered by industry-leading technology solutions
- Work with agents and brokers to develop revenue growth strategies focused on increased sales activity, increased products per customer, and expanded understanding of specialized services
- Work effectively in a team sales environment and coordinate all sales and retention activity to ensure the fastest, easiest, and most trusted benefits selling experience
- Lead POD to service agents/brokers' business and encourage growth of their clients' business by educating and training agents on carrier administrative procedures, product availability, and value propositions
- Host strategy calls with POD to discuss priority issues, quote volumes, renewal activities and schedules
- Utilize internal systems such as Salesforce and Zoom for activity tracking and metrics
- Effectively market to agents and brokers to encourage them to place client business
Requirements
