About the Role

We are seeking a Corporate Recruiter to partner closely with senior leaders across Charlie Health to build high-impact corporate teams. This role owns full-cycle recruiting for some of our most visible and complex searches, working directly with leadership as a strategic thought partner. As a Corporate Recruiter, you will shape hiring strategy, build and maintain high-quality pipelines, and drive process improvements that raise the bar for how we hire as we scale.

Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for high-priority corporate roles, partnering closely with leadership to define hiring needs, success profiles, and interview strategies
  • Serve as a strategic thought partner to senior hiring managers, providing market insight, talent recommendations, and guidance throughout the hiring process
  • Develop and execute thoughtful sourcing strategies across multiple channels to build diverse, high-quality pipelines for complex and competitive searches
  • Evaluate, interview, and present candidates with clear, structured recommendations that support confident and timely hiring decisions
  • Drive efficiency and consistency across the recruiting process
