About the Role

GoDaddy is seeking an experienced commercial transactions attorney to join the Contracts team. This attorney will support a high volume of commercial agreements while serving as the primary legal partner for key distribution and go-to-market initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, analyze, and negotiate a wide variety of commercial agreements
• Focus on scalability, efficiency, and strong business partnership
• Support high-volume commercial transactions
• Partner with distribution and go-to-market initiatives

Work Arrangement

This is a fully remote position. You will work remotely from your home and may occasionally visit a GoDaddy office for team events or meetings.

Restrictions

This position is not eligible to be performed in Alaska, Mississippi, North Dakota, or the Virgin Islands. GoDaddy is not currently considering candidates for this role in California, Seattle, or NYC.
