Role Overview
This is a critical leadership position for a Corporate Controller to lead the Accounting function in a fast-paced, private equity-backed environment. The role requires a high-caliber, technically proficient professional to oversee key Finance functions in a hands-on manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes, targeting a 7-day close
- Prepare monthly "Reporting Package" for Management and the Board, including detailed variance analysis and bridges for EBITDA and Revenue
- Serve as the primary liaison for annual audit and all tax compliance requirements
- Manage a team of 6
- Oversee Internal Audit & Controls, Billing & Collections, Treasury, AP and Tax functions
- Institutionalize financial processes and ensure GAAP compliance across multiple business lines
- Drive financial reporting while partnering closely with Client Services and Operations teams
