Contract Technical Recruiter

Harbor is seeking an experienced Contract Technical Recruiter to identify, engage, and hire exceptional technical talent that supports our rapidly growing AI Implementation and Enablement practices. This role is responsible for recruiting highly skilled professionals across a wide range of technical disciplines, with a strong emphasis on artificial intelligence within legal technology. The ideal candidate will translate an emerging talent profile into a practical sourcing strategy, build high-quality pipelines, and help Harbor compete for people who can shape a new category of work, and support our path toward a premier Anthropic partnership.

This is a 3–6-month, full-time position that can be worked remotely from anywhere in the United States or Canada.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical and consulting positions, from intake through offer acceptance.
• Partner with leaders to develop effective recruiting strategies aligned with business priorities and hiring timelines.
• Source, attract, and recruit highly qualified candidates across all experience levels, including entry-level professionals, consultants, project managers, architects, and technical leaders.
