About the Role

We are looking for a Content Manager for our Mental Health team. You will work on a mental wellness mobile app where content directly helps people in vulnerable moments.

What to Expect

• Work on a product with real social impact.
• Wide editorial range: programs, articles, tests, meditations, workbooks, UX copy, and push notifications.
• Creative autonomy and innovation: experience with modern AI stack (Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, etc.).
• International scale: your content in English will be read by a broad international audience.

About You

• At least 1 year of experience in copywriting, able to adapt text to different emotional contexts.
• Advanced English.
• Able to quickly process large volumes of psychological literature and turn it into structured content.
• Experience with AI tools for text creation and process automation.
• Plus: Experience in UX copywriting (Mental Health, Wellness, EdTech), psychology education, or understanding product metrics (retention, conversion).

Your Tasks

• Create in-app content in English: articles, tests, workbooks based on psychological research.
• Generate and optimize content using AI tools, edit and avoid clichés.
• Manage content database in Notion and upload to CMS.
• Edit and proofread, adhering to brand voice and ethical approach to sensitive topics.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and generate ideas for product improvement.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams.
