What You'll Be Doing

• Create high-quality, SEO-driven content for homebuilding.co.uk targeting critical search terms
• Produce evergreen and Discover content that forms a significant part of the overall audience strategy
• Write content that ticks off EEAT signals using your own knowledge and input from industry experts
• Turn around content quickly and accurately with the goal of publishing it yourself
• Contribute ideas to team planning sessions and maximize article reach through social posts and newsletter inclusions
• Focus on ecommerce strategies and ways to monetize content
• Run social media channels for Homebuilding and Plotfinder
• Represent the brand at Homebuilding & Renovating Shows as needed

Required Experience

• Proven experience creating content for websites with demonstrable examples
• First-rate SEO expertise and understanding of analytical tools
• Expertise in keyword identification and writing content to target specific keywords
• Strong writing skills including snappy headlines, tight grammar, and appropriate image selection
• Keen interest in and understanding of the homes media space, ideally including self-build and renovation
• Experience with data-driven web editing and performance monitoring
• Ability to work independently and attend Future plc office meetings as required
