Stay ahead of platform algorithms and viral mechanics to guide creators in producing high-quality, brand-aligned User-Generated Content (UGC).

Data-Driven Optimization

Analyze content performance and market trends to provide actionable insights, optimizing both creator engagement and content output.

Cross-functional Collaboration

Work closely with Marketing and Localization teams to ensure all activities align with global branding and support localized campaign execution.

Requirements

• 0-3 years in social media operations, content creation, or the gaming industry
• Professional fluency in one of the following: English + Mandarin, English + Vietnamese
