Role

We are currently seeking an ambitious pace-setter to join our team as a Consumer Insights Researcher remotely in the US.

iFIT is looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Consumer Insights Researcher to support and execute research initiatives that uncover actionable insights to drive smarter decisions across the organization. In this role, you will manage key consumer trackers and conduct primary research to help iFIT deeply understand its members, potential customers, and the broader fitness landscape. If you are passionate about using data to tell compelling stories that inform business strategy, we want to hear from you.

Role Commitments

• Deliver a unified segmentation and persona framework and drive adoption across Marketing, Product, and Subscription teams, increasing the internal rating of “knowing who we design for” versus baseline.
• Deliver strategic studies that identify high-impact opportunities across pricing, content, and product strategy, achieving strong stakeholder utilization of findings in decision-making and business planning.
• Deliver a fully AI-automated real-time VOC program with minimal researcher intervention.
• Implement AI tools to increase speed-to-insight delivery time significantly.
