Accountabilities

• • Lead digital transformation projects from diagnosis and planning through execution, monitoring, and delivery.
  • Conduct organizational assessments to identify opportunities for process improvement, innovation, digitalization, and value creation.
  • Work directly with clients to understand their business challenges, needs, priorities, and strategic objectives.
  • Map, analyze, and redesign business processes with a focus on efficiency, digital enablement, and measurable outcomes.
  • Develop transformation roadmaps, action plans, priorities, and implementation strategies.
  • Manage project execution, ensuring delivery within agreed timelines, scope, quality standards, and business expectations.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs and performance indicators to measure the progress and impact of transformation initiatives.
  • Identify potential upsell and cross-sell opportunities throughout project execution and contribute relevant insights to account development.
  • Provide technical and consultative input to support the commercial team in developing and improving client proposals.
  • Act as a bridge between technical teams, business areas, and client stakeholders, ensuring alignment throughout projects.
  • Support change management initiatives and promote adoption of newly implemented solutions and processes.
  • Facilitate collaboration across multidisciplinary teams and contribute to continuous improvement of project and transformation practices.

  Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Professional experience in consulting, digital transformation, innovation, process improvement, or related project environments.
  • Experience participating in the implementation of technology solutions and/or organizational change initiatives.
  • Practical experience managing projects using both traditional and agile approaches.
  • Strong experience with business process mapping, analysis, and redesign.
  • Experience working closely with both business and technology stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe, as well as project and portfolio management practices.
  • Understanding of data analytics, performance indicators, and KPI definition and monitoring.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions.
  • Strong analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, and strategic and systemic vision.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to manage change, navigate ambiguity, and work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Proactive mindset, strong sense of ownership, adaptability, and commitment to continuous learning.
  • Postgraduate degree or MBA in Digital Transformation, Innovation, or Project Management is a plus.
  • Certifications such as Scrum/SAFe, PMP, ITIL, Lean, or Design Thinking are desirable.
  • Experience with large-scale transformation projects or managing multiple clients is an advantage.
